Whether you are a beginner looking to jumpstart your practice or life-long learner interested in teaching mindfulness to others, Mindful 365 is the first step toward achieving your goals. In five online sessions, we offer an introduction to core mindfulness practices & social-emotional competencies for personal & professional success.

In five online sessions, we offer an introduction to core mindfulness practices, interpersonal skills and coping strategies that help take the edge off those extra stressful days. Facilitator Certification

After completing Mindful 365, participants are encouraged to continue their training and become a certified facilitator of our Mindfulness Ambassador program. In six online sessions, we address everything you need to know, including key facilitation skills, teaching techniques, and lesson plans to implement our evidence-based program for youth (ages 15+) and adults in the communities you serve.
