More and more individuals have been taking note of the benefits of meditation, which include lower stress levels, improved cognitive functioning, strengthened immune functioning and improved sleep. With the lure of constant stimulation —the pervasive demand of pings, rings and updates – attention span, productivity and personal interactions are compromised. Mindfulness can turn these 21st century challenges into opportunities for personal and professional growth because of its ability to train attention and develop the capacity for self-regulation.

In our Mindful@Work professional development program,we are laser-focused on social and emotional intelligence as a core ingredient to individual performance. Through hands-on activities and meaningful dialogue, we explore best practices that increase self-awareness,  improve the ability to focus, enhance communication and manage stress. Participants will develop an internal compass to enhance the quality of the lives they live both in and out of the workplace as well as discover strategies to lead others more effectively.

Our workshops and programs are customized to meet the needs of the organizations we serve and provide unmatched opportunities for individuals to learn, grow and transform in their workplace environment. Workshops are facilitated on-site as well as online – offering individuals to learn from the comforts of their own home.
