As a course graduate, you will be a certified Mindful Educator and equipped to lead The Mindfulness Ambassador Council (MAC)– an evidence based program that advances social & emotional competence and mindfulness. The Mindfulness Ambassador Council program is currently taught in more than 12 countries around the world and is more likely than academic intelligence to predict professional success and life effectiveness.

Overview of Content

Over the course of seven night classes, participants will build in-depth knowledge and skills to deliver The Mindfulness Ambassador Council (MAC) to youth and the adults that surround them.  Fundamental to the curriculum are 12 evidence-based lesson plans and secular mindfulness practices that draw from social and emotional learning theory and secular mindfulness. Through active experiential learning, MAC participants are encouraged to ask questions, discover their fullest potential, appreciate diversity, and develop skills to transition into adult life as kind, compassionate and caring citizens.
